The web should be easy!
Websites should load quickly and be easy to navigate. Finding what you're looking for should be a doddle, and once you've found it, the copy should be easy to read and useful. That's not too much to ask for, is it?
This is what I do
I've been working in web for almost 10 years - quite a long time in such a young industry. In this time I've managed a multi-million pound e-commerce website, countless smaller commercial websites, and a university website and Intranet; written and edited thousands of web pages; created and broadcast hundreds of email newsletters; set up emarketing campaigns using PPC and banners; overseen the building of numerous new websites and several site redesigns; created corporate blogs; implemented web analytics..... Whatever I do, I make sure everything's easy for the visitor - they're the whole point after all!
